As an associate at Crossplane Capital, Will is responsible for supporting the team across multiple areas including opportunity screening and evaluation, financial modeling, company and industry due diligence, value creation planning, and ongoing portfolio company support.

Prior to joining Crossplane Capital, Will was an analyst at Peterson Partners, a lower middle-market private equity firm. His responsibilities included identifying and partnering with entrepreneurs looking to become operators through search fund acquisitions. Prior to working at Peterson Partners, Will was an outside sales manager at Clear Home.

Will has a BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University­­­–Idaho.

Born and raised on a small farm in Idaho, Will spent much of his time in mountains backpacking and hunting or on lakes waterskiing and fishing. Outside of work, he enjoys sports by being a sub-par golfer and believing the Utah Jazz will win a title one day. Will’s high school mascot was a potato.
