As an associate at Crossplane Capital, Isaac is responsible for supporting the team across multiple areas, including opportunity screening and evaluation, financial modeling, company and industry due diligence, value creation planning, and portfolio company support.

Prior to joining Crossplane Capital, Isaac worked as an investment banking analyst with Lincoln International, where he focused on sell-side mergers and acquisitions as well as capital raising activities for clients across various business sectors.

Isaac has a BS in Finance from the University of Arizona.

Born and raised in Arizona, Isaac spent much of his time hiking, golfing, fishing, and searching for the nearest body of water to cool down. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, golfing, and following University of Arizona athletics. He has been known to train Pomeranians to hunt rodents on command.
