Meet our seasoned and operationally focused professionals

As Executive Assistant and Assistant CCO for Crossplane Capital, Tammie is responsible for back-office operations including technology and compliance oversight. She holds the Investment Advisor Certified Compliance Professional designation through the Investment Advisor Association.  Tammie also currently shares back office responsibilities with private equity firm, Wingate Partners.

Tammie began her career in 1996 with Wingate Partners.  With Wingate, Tammie supports the executive staff in the day-to-day operations of the office including technology and telecommunications management, accounting support, and fund administration.  In addition, Tammie has managed several technology upgrades, office expansions, server and internet service provider migrations, and telephone system changes.

In 2012, when Wingate became a Registered Investment Advisor with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Tammie accepted the role of Assistant Chief Compliance Officer responsible for the administration of Wingate’s compliance program.  Within that role, her responsibilities include working with a third-party consultant to author the firm’s compliance program, ensuring that the firm and employees of the firm understand and abide by the regulations set forth in the firm’s compliance manual, and representing the firm in compliance exams conducted by the SEC.

Beyond the office, Tammie spends the majority of her time playing chauffeur to her son’s various extra-curricular activities while continuously pursuing a clean house.  She enjoys live concerts and has traveled to numerous venues seeking out good music.  Her favorite band is Metallica.
