Meet our seasoned and operationally focused professionals

As Chief Financial Officer for Crossplane Capital, Tina oversees all financial and tax reporting as well as general fund administration.  Tina also currently shares CFO responsibilities with private equity firm, Wingate Partners.   

Prior to her time with Crossplane and Wingate, Tina served as Corporate Chief Financial Officer for Broker/Dealer and Registered Investment Advisor, Commerce Street Capital.  In this role, Tina was responsible for managing office operations and reporting for the Broker/Dealer and Investment Advisor.  Some of her responsibilities included managing regulatory reporting, working closely with the Chief Compliance Officer to ensure that the firm worked within the requirements of the regulatory environment, overseeing cash management including managing the firm’s bank line of credit and associated reporting, managing human resources and IT for a 50+ member team, and sitting on various executive committees that provided overall strategic direction for the firm.

Prior to her time at Commerce Street, Tina served as an audit consultant for private equity firm, Hicks, Muse, Tate and Furst.  Tina began her career as an auditor with public accounting firm, Arthur Anderson where she led engagements for clients in the financial services, manufacturing and private equity industries. 

When she’s not crunching the numbers, Tina enjoys spending time in the kitchen, hiking and reading murder mysteries.  She is a confirmed Parrot Head.
