Crossplane Capital Announces Team Promotions
DALLAS, January 5, 2022 – Crossplane Capital, a Dallas-based private equity firm, is excited to announce promotions of Greg Balliro to Managing Director and Michael Bertrand to Senior Associate.
As a Managing Director, Greg will be responsible for sourcing and closing transactions with significant cash and profitability improvement and overseeing the entire lifecycle of investments. Prior to joining Crossplane Capital, Greg worked at private equity firms Prophet Equity and Energy Capital Partners after beginning his career in the Power & Renewables Investment Banking Group at Credit Suisse. Greg is a graduate of Harvard University.

As a Senior Associate, Michael Bertrand will be responsible for supporting the Crossplane team across multiple areas including opportunity screening, financial modeling, company and industry due diligence, and value creation planning. Prior to joining Crossplane Capital, Michael was an investment banking analyst and private wealth analyst at Goldman Sachs. Michael is a graduate of Brigham Young University.
